Easily one of the worst doctors I've seen
Extremely dismissive and rude. He was irritated about my medical concerns, as if I was wasting his time. I simply brought up the new guidelines put forth by the American Heart Association, indicating that I qualified as having high blood pressure. He said my numbers were of no concern. Then in the middle of our conversation he very abruptly took a phone call he received and immediately walked out of the room without saying anything to me. I thought he was returning to wrap up our appointment after his phone call so I waited there for a good 5 minutes. A nurse appeared and seemed surprised to see me. She left and told the doctor I was still in there, who returned and sent me on my way. The epitome of bad bedside manner and not even keeping up to date with evolving medical standards.

The worst experience ever!
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Kaarel Kaljot on 6/30/2023. Despite having made an appointment months in advance for a physical, I fell ill with what could be the flu just six days before the scheduled visit. Despite testing negative for COVID on three separate occasions, I informed the technician about my condition upon check-in. They changed the purpose of my visit without much concern. Believing it was better to see a doctor in person rather than through a telemedicine appointment, I went ahead with the visit. However, Dr. Kaarel Kaljot's response was shocking. He outright stated, "I don't want to be in the same room with you," displaying a strong sense of agitation. He practically started escorting me out, but then abruptly switched gears and began asking unrelated personal questions, such as whether my parents were alive, where I went to college, and how many kids I have. This experience was by far the worst I've had with any health provider.
