The Best
Dr Reddy has been taking care of me for years. He has done more for me than any other doctor that I've seen for my headaches. He is now helping me with my memory and Alzheimer's and I couldn't be happier. He is always there for me and his research to help me with my diagnosis is outstanding. You couldn't be in better care anywhere else. Dr. Reddy's staff is compassionate, helpful and very friendly. I have seen the other reviews and think maybe somebody went to the wrong doctors office. The staff is First Class!!

Dr Reddy was my 6th neurologist and he was the one who finally suggested a test for something I never had heard of, small fiber neuropathy. Finally! A diagnosis. It took a while for Michele to warm up but she has ended up to be very nice and supportive he just so popular it can be difficult to get in

I have had migraines since I was a teenager. I had a great Dr. but he retired. I went through a couple of doctors that were of no help. My migraines were up to 15 a month. I found myself in the ER. There I got the recommendation to see Dr. Reddy. That was at least 2 years ago. I have full confidence in Dr. Reddy. My prior doctors never had time to listen and never tried different approaches. I am now at maybe 5 migraines a month. I leave my appointments now with a list of potential strategies. It gives me hope of trying new things.

I was charged $240 for an unrequested follow up phone call telling me my negative test results, and was not told in advance there would be a charge for this information. Insurance doesn't cover it as it is not an office visit. The staff did not care to help. Bad place.

I could not be happier with Dr. Reddy's office. I had been with the same neurologist since I was diagnosed with MS over 7 years ago and was nervous to find a new Dr. when mine left the area. Dr. Reddy was incredibly approachable and easy to talk to. He made sure I had all the information I needed and was well cared for. The staff at his office have all been incredibly kind and helpful, especially Michelle. My pharmacy was not processing my medication and Michelle personally made sure everything was going smoothly and followed up with them to get things approved and was successful, which I appreciate so much. I feel truly lucky to have found not only a provider, but a full Dr. office staff that I can go to for support. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

On my first visit I was very impressed. I have an obscure hereditary condition that most doctors have to look up in textbooks . He was quite aware of it as well as some of the latest treatments for it even though it was not within his specialty. He spent over 45 minutes with me and I never felt rushed. What amazed me the most was the realization that as he was talking to me about my condition he was at the same time thinking about all of the interactions of my conditions. He does not rely just on the reports of the tests he requests but in my case at least wanted to look at the films himself. The front staff was very friendly and my wait was less than 5 minutes. Not only would I, but I already have recommended him to several of my friends.

I write this review to help others avoid the pain my daughter went through from Dr. Reddy when he treated her for her migraines when he was at his previous location. He gave her so many misplaced injections the she could barely move for months because he put shots in her back and shoulders- no doctor before or since has ever done this to her. All the while he was talking and laughing and ignoring her while she cried. There are much better doctors for migraines. I am surprised to see positive reviews and imagine they are from people who just need basic care. Good luck to you all- maybe you will be luckier- I hope so, as he is nice enough as a person, just avoid as a professional, in my opinion.

OFFICE STAFF IS TERRIBLE. Rude and condescending.. Michele rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath about having paperwork incomplete..It is hard to want to see a doctor when his staff is so harsh,. Doctor was nice, however he should reconsider the people he has in charge of his practice!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Reddy's since early 2018. I am appalled that people post negative things about paperwork. Dr Reddy's staff is friendly and kind. They are not responsible for completing forms. I have only positive things to say about Dr Reddy and his staff, and will continue to refer him to everyone.

I saw Dr Reddy for the first time yesterday. I was warmly welcomed by his front office staff. I did not wait more than 5 minutes to see him and he spent an hour with me. He was not rushed, didn’t take phone calls, didn’t go in and out of the room to see other patients. He has a wonderful, fun personality on top of being a very obviously intelligent man.

Dr. Reddy takes his time in listening to your concerns.Downside is his staff is horrible. Specially his nurse named Debbie. I called today to inform him and ask if its normal to have burning sensation and feel feverish with botox shots and one of the staff said she asked Dr. Reddy you might have these symptoms for 2 days and asked for note in case unable to work. The nurse said " I dont think its about the botox just go to the ER and find yourself an internist bec u don't need to take a day off"
