I am emailing you I don't want no email from the doctor at all I am not coming back to the clinic because she want to is rush me out of the exam room and she didn't look at the computer about my condition and I don't approve of her because she always in a hurry to leave out of the room and she didn't have no glove no mass and she wasn't professional and she didn't do what she suppose to do to be a doctor only things she there is a pay check and she don't seem to care about the patient I have bad ears nose and throat infection for her to be a doctor I wasting my time to come to see her. Don't send me no information about her and she letting me know that she is not a deciated doctor.

Tubes in Ears
I took my son to visit Dr, Krook. We had a consultation about his consistent ear infections and what we needed to do to fix them moving forward. I felt like she sat listened and we made a plan to get tubes in his ears. She assured me they were common and would fix the ear infections that kept happening. I'd recommend her to others for sure.

Worst experience with a doctor.
My ENT referred me to this doctor within their practice as I was told she was a thryoid specialist that I needed to see. In the appointment she asked if I was interested in surgery to which I replied “no.” After that, she seemed very uninterested in me and my care. I asked her if she would be ordering bloodwork to assess my thyroid levels. She refused saying it wasn’t necessary. A week later I get a call from my fertility doctor with concern about my blood work which shows a severely surprised thyroid and a TSH of 0.01. I should not be hearing this from a fertility doctor, this should be information supplied by the “thyroid specialist” I just saw. I don’t like the quality of care here. For me, it was negligent care, in my opinion.

Great doctor
Dr. Krook is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her bedside manner is great. I truly don't understand the negative reviews. She gave me hope that the sinus pain that has plagued me for years will finally be treated effectively.

Worst Doctor
Dr. Krook is the worst doctor. (Name says it all) She does not care about her patients and that was evident in the five minutes she spent with me. She didn’t even act like she was listening to my concerns. Then sent me off for testing and then told me nothing was wrong. Well turned out tons was wrong and I had multiple sinus infections after a trip the ER since she didn’t do her job right. Do not go see her. She shouldn’t even be allowed to be an ENT and should be fired from the practice she’s with.

Did not do her job
Went to her for ENT asthma and allergy problems. She became upset because I refused a test that had nothing to do with why I was there. After that she rhen provided substandard inadequate care. She recommended a test and only performed a very small portion of the test. then did not contact me with results which required more intervention. Her and her staff dropped the ball. She is an ENT she then went on to call in Rx's for me that where totally out of her scope of practice, when I have specialist for those problems and she does not know any of my extensive medical history pertaining to gastro issues. Eventhough I explained to her that I just had life saving surgery a few months back for my gastro issues. She did not call in any meds related to my sinus, allergy, asthma or ear nose and throat issues that I was there to see her for. Unprofessional and her PA or MA was very unfriendly and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone. Will not ever recommend nor go back.

-> I left the office and on my way out they said I owed a $20 copay. I understood since it was an office visit but was still pissed because that was a complete waste of $20. Fast forward to last month I received a FAT bill of $900 in the mail for that visit that wasn’t even worth the $20 copay. The $900 was for her sticking a stick up my nose for 3 seconds and saying there’s nothing she can do. What she SHOULD have done was say “hey, before I stick this instrument up your nose this will cost you nearly a grand, can I proceed?” But no. Failed to mention that before, during or after the visit. Just cowardly sent a bill to my house for it way after the fact. I wonder how many people that have suffered my same issues from COVID she’s also screwed over. I’ve left multiple voicemails for the office to explain how this bill will not and should not be paid with no return call. They know they’re in the wrong. I do not recommend this office or this physician to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY
