Dr. Kaitlin Schiavo, MD

Dr. Schiavo is the best dermatologist I have been to. She is very thorough and looked at me from my head to my toes during my skin check. She also took the time to address my acne at this visit too. I have been to many other dermatologists who only let you discuss one issue per visit. I appreciate Dr. Schiavo of being respectful of my time and letting me go through all my questions.

Dr. Schiavo was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough! She took time with me and listened. She showed interest in my life and me as a person!!! Her nurse Hannah was delightful too! Both were very professional but down to earth too! So happy I found this practice!

I called Dr Schiavo’s office stating I needed something for the swelling of my face. The office called back stating they sent in prescription for antibiotic to the pharmacists and should be in a couple of days at the pharmacists. I called the pharmacists asking if the prescription had been filled. The pharmacists stated they had not received a call for the prescription. Called Dr Schiavo's office again and they said it had not been called in, but they would call it in and should be ready by the next day. Prescription was ready the following day.I had asked twice regarding a referral that was sent to another specialists per Dr Schiavo’s request. Long story short they stated they sent the referral on that Monday of the office visit. I called the specialists that I was referred to, they had not received the referral. I called Dr Schiavo's office again stating the specialists had not received the referral. Found out Dr Schiavo's office never sent it after telling me they had!

Been since 2017 since being seen by a dermatologist. New to the area since 2000. First visit with Dr. Kaitlin. Very thorough and explains in detail issues throughout the exam as well as answering questions as we progressed. Very happy with the Dr. and the staff!

DOCTOR IS GREAT - BUT CANNOT SAY THE SAME TO THE FRONT DESK STAFF. FRONT DESK ALWAYS SEEM UNHAPPY TO BE THERE AND DOESN'T WANT TO PUT ANY EFFORT IN HELPING PATIENTS.

Dr. Schiavo is the best dermatologist we’ve ever been to...she’s brilliant and caring! Her staff is amazing, as well!

Very professional, great results, and positive experience

I have been seeing different dermatologists for 56 years. After almost 50 of those years, I finally found a great dermatologist, Dr. James Roller, who was by far the best dermatologist I had ever had. Sadly, Dr. Roller retired a few years ago, & I feared I would never find another dermatologist anywhere near as good as he was. Fortunately, I recently found Dr. Kaitlin Schiavo. She is magnificent! Dr. Schiavo has all of the skill that Dr. Roller has. But just as important, like Dr. Roller, Dr. Schiavo actually LISTENS to her patients, truly cares about her patients welfare, & doing all she can to help them. Dr. Schiavo is kind & considerate. You could never find a better or more caring & nicer dermatologist anywhere. I feel lucky to have her as my doctor & hope to be in her care for many years to come. Her office staff is wonderful as well. You are not just another patien;, because of her own humanity, Dr. Schiavo recognizes that you are a human being and treats you with dignity.

Dr Schaivo is fantastic! She cares about her work and her patients. Would give her a 10 on a scale of one to five!
