My experience with Dr. Cunard, her staff, and all other workers in this practice has always been great!

Doctor with an attitude, don"t use

Not a good experience of over 2 years. I made the mistake (*sarcasm*) of telling this doctor that one of my biggest concerns was the excess weight that I was carrying, and that I really needed to lose weight to regain my health. From that point forward, this doctor, who happens to be MORBIDLY OBESE, treated me with such contempt, as if I had personally offended her. She was absolutely aloof about my increasingly serious medical condition, and after I made one visit to a different doctor (who bothered to order the appropriate tests), she revealed multiple diagnoses that Kala Cunard had missed!! If I could give her zero stars, I would.

Great

I have been a patient of Dr Cunards for 4+ years now, at first everything was great! Now... the staff in the office alone is enough to turn anyone off from the practice. It became increasingly difficult to see her & she also became more nonchalant about my increasingly complicated medical issues. Acting upon a referral to another PCP by signing a release, I got a very rude wake up call from the insensitive staff, Condescending tone included. I deal with enough as is, no thanks.

Great experience with Dr. Cunard, she really listens and takes her time with me. Wait times are very short. Staff is friendly and fast to get back with you if you leave a msg with a question or prescription refill request.

WORST experience I've ever had. I was a patient for about 2 years. When I was sick she was to busy to see me. She would not write FMLA to excuse me from work. Staff was always very rude. Wait time was always at least an hour. DON'T use Dala Cunard as a doctor!

Dr Cunard is great. She made me feel very comfortable. She listened and answered all questions.

As a new patient, I found Dr. Cunard to have a lovely temperament. She was very patient (pun intended) as I lumbered through my list of concerns and ailments. She confidently laid out a plan for treatment and since my first visit, she's been very receptive to my theories and observations. I find her noticeable LACK of arrogance that seems to be common among doctor types, wonderfully refreshing. I love going to the doctor.

Susan/Jackie - Jackson 10/13/16 - I think the world of Dr Cunard and her Staff, they are very informative, polite and really care about their patients. I have been seeing her since the first of this year, and she has help me with all my Medical needs and has exceeded all my expectations. I feel very comfortable seeing her. She now even over sees my husband medical needs. Doctor Cunard and her staff is a great reflection on what the Medical Field should be.. Caring..... Thanks

BEWARE OF ABSURD BILLING!! My husband and I both went to see Cunard for a routine physical for our health insurance requirements. The physical was suppose to be completely covered which we verified with both insurance and doctor, they both agreed there would be no charge and it was covered under physical. Nothing else was done but we both have received bills for same amount for 2 different codes that was never performed! And Tracy in the billing dept told us that the dr has to get paid somehow!

Dr Cunard sent me a Dear John letter and severed our relationship! Not because I owed any money...! But because she said through her staff of course, that our philosophies about healthcare were not meshing...! I had not been a patient for very long-i did forget to c?ncel an appt-and did not have diagnostic tests performed that she recommended-but that should not be her concern! As a dr. She should be there for her patients when they need her!! My issues were new ins and difficulty at work!
