The Best of the Best!
I am appalled to read negative remarks against Dr. Kala Sury. She is One of Few Doctors who does Listen to your Medical Concerns. If because, I had moved to Staten Island then, I wished that she were also serving in Staten Island, and now that I am in the Bronx, I sure wish, that she would open an Office in The Bronx. Anyone who has spoken negatively about Dr. Kala Sury, Yes! should get examined by another not so caring doctors. No! She is not looking to make money. But let's be realistic, Nobody or No Doctors work for free. She must support herself and her family, just like anyone else must. There are 3 sides to a coin, and I am the 3rd side of that coin. What goes around, comes around. But, leaving a Negative Review, is just outrageously ridiculous! Yes, the staff has changed, but if Rose is still there, that person is the most Liked Person, who oversees booking schedules. Nobody can convince me of Dr. Kala Sury. She is a Loving, and Caring Doctor who looks after her patients.

They do not practice Covid social distancing protocols in the office. Office staff are rude and the doctor has little bedside manner. The only plus to the visit was they were able to do a pulmonary function test right away.

I have seen Dr. Sury several times over the past few years. I went to see her for a sleep evaluation. The wait time was only about 15 minutes. She is truly one of the sweetest doctors I have ever met. She truly cares about her patients and their wellbeing. She knew I did not have the money for my copayment, and she waived the fee for me. Her nurse did a breathing test on me and was also very sweet. Dr. Sury and her nurse work really well together. Overall I was very satisfied with my visits.

Not my cup of tea. She's hyper, controlling, moody, manipulative, driven, very OCD. She got an agenda (make as much money as possible?...she even charges a fee for using a card to pay). I can't tell whether the medical part is ok but I'm not sure and this make me leery. Yes, waiting is a problem. The office is shabby and the whole experience makes me feel like I'm in a welfare clinic.

Get ready to witness the scope and limits of arbitrariness, rudeness, and very long waits without an excuse and explanation ....

I am a fairly new patient and a very satisfied one. Staff was very well attentive and my wait was at a minimal. I was scheduled for part one of the overnight study which went well and very comfortable. Again the young man on night staff was very humorous and pleasant.
