I am in United States Navy and on April 13,2019 at approximately 1249pm my daughter was seen by Dr. Gordon. I couldn't be there because I was deployed. So my mother took my daughter. While there my mom waited over an hour for the doctor to enter the room. Which was understandable. But when she entered the room, her bedside manner was very unapproachable. The way I know this is because I was on video chat the entire time. She was upset because my mom had the video on. My mom explained to her the situation and the doctor basically gave her the I really don't care attitude. I began to ask questions and she shunned me off stating it's only allergies,nothing serious. That's when I started talking to her about my daughters hearing. Her response was what does that have to do with the allergies? I could tell that she didn't really want to be there. She spent not even 8 minutes in the room and my mom ran out of the room to tell that i had one more question she told my mom that she had no time
