Knowledgeable friendly doctor
My wife had a visit with this office and she was very satisfied with the way Dr Thakur paid attention to her past medical history and accordingly did a complete physical exam. So far we are satisfied with this office.

The phone is never answered. Messages are never returned. When you finally do get someone, they never follow thru on your request. You have to make numerous calls to get anything done. I had someone from the office call and reschedule my appointment for another day and when I came on that day, I was told I was listed as a "no show" on my original date. They had no idea why I was rescheduled. At least the Dr. did go ahead and see me. I cannot recommend a Dr. I can't get in to see.

Dr. Thakur is very attentive, approachable, patient & thorough. Never in my 58 years have a doctor spent so much time getting to know me!! She makes you feel that you are her ONLY patient! Also takes time to explain things. Excellent staff: Heather & Molly: friendly, professional and great attitude. RN: Michelle: very good listening skills, professional, patient & friendly. If you need your blood drawn...she is # 1 nurse to go to !!! I pray that Dr Thakur is in my new insurance network .

Front desk is rude & not competent. My mom is probably a high risk patient as she suffers from seizures. After confirming several times that Dr. Thakur would accept her insurance, the front desk people on the day of the appt sent my aunt and mom away, who is disabled by the way, Dr. Thakur finally accepted her but when i later called the office to get them to fax a referral for a neurologist they said they did not know how to do that and that they should not have taken my mom in the first place.

She is always in a hurry and doesn't take the time to find a solution. I do not feel comfortable with her. Definitely looking for a new doctor. No one ever returns phone calls when messages are left or even answers the phone. I left messages needing a follow up after an ER visit and will now need surgery and I have not been able to contact her. The office staff is rude when they manage to pick up the phone and just as inattentive as the doctor. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor.
