Dr Batra is absolutely not professional. He wears open toe sandals to see his patients. he invites his friends and family to the office to chat for hours before seeing his patients. He will then have his friends/ family members to wait outside in the waiting room after there are too many angry patients waiting for him. They will then begin to shout back and forth in their native language. it is appalling! I will have to change my primary doctor. I wish i can stay in Astoria.

Horrible wait time, ride staff who are very unorganized. Nightmare of an office, I will never return.

Dr Batra is in a hurry. He was unconcerned with the level of pain I was experiencing. I actually had to have a "sit in" in his waiting room for a number of hours just to get a referral that had been promised 2 weeks earlier. He brushes important matters to the side. I wouldn't allow anyone I know to see him.

Dr. Batra goes the extra miles to listen to his patients. He does not rush on his patients. He not only prescribes medicines; he advises on how to use natural remedies for any particular disease.
