My incarcerated husband recently had to spend a few months in this hospital, most of the staff was very kind and professional with my husband however CNA Katie was very unprofessional and decided to send in an application for visitation to try to go see my husband knowing he is married and her friend CNA D’anna encouraged this behavior by even going as far as switching patients so that CNA Katie would be the one taking care of my husband. Last time I checked that’s going above and beyond for beside manners lying to a patient who is already vulnerable and being isolated away from their wife, mother and family who had to jump through hoops just to be able to see him telling him that we didn’t care about him and weren’t doing anything to see him or check on him when I was actually calling the prison every day for updates on my husband. Personally I find both these CNA’s behavior deplorable and disgusting and hope that no one ever decides to do the same thing to them.
