Expertly guided me through managing sinus problems for several years, first trying non-surgical treatments and finally recommending and performing surgery. Always explained diagnoses and options at every step clearly, making sure to answer all questions. Surgery was absolutely the right call - my symptoms are 100% resolved and quality of life immensely improved. He is gentle, empathic, kind, clear and cautious with proceeding to surgery - everything one wants in a doctor.

From my first visit to my last, he’s been attentive, a great listener and a fantastic care provider. He explains everything in amazing detail and as layman or technical as you show you can absorb it. He was always reachable to answer any questions about anything after my procedure.

I searched for years to find a good ENT, as they all didn’t listen or would rush me through my visits. Dr. Jafri listened from day 1, and always took the time to ensure I didn’t have any additional questions or concerns. He’s also a very clear communicator and has great bedside manner. He clearly loves what he does and it shows with the knowledge that he brings and shares. Following my surgery, he checked up on me multiple times a day and even made a special visit to the office on the weekend to ensure I was recovering correctly. Dr. Jafri is the best!

I have years with sinus issues and visit multiple doctors. Every doctor has told me the same thing and prescribed me the same medication for my sinus. Over the years my sinus issues continued.
