Satisfied With The Care
My experience with Dr. Nayyar was very positive. Dr. Nayyar dedicated his time, attention, knowledge, and expertise with me. My appointment did not feel rushed. He thoroughly listened intently and was dedicated to find a solution. He truly cares and wants to resolve the issue at hand. I am very satisfied with his care and his office staff.

I usually only write positive reviews but this is warranted and hopefully it helps someone. I am a Geriatric Social Worker who took my client, who is a double amputee to see Dr. Nayyar. My client had to take Access transportation in the rain to get to this appt. The appt was set up by Providence ER - I would not have set this up myself due to poor reviews this Dr received. The Dr refused to see my client, and 82 year old man, because I did not have his öriginal Medicare card. I had the correct Medicare number and no other Dr has ever denied seeing him as long as he had the correct ID and Medicare #. This Dr was extremely rude, raising his voice, as I asked him to please make an exception. I don’t know how anyone like this Dr stays in business - these days we owe each other basic kindness and consideration. Shame on this Dr. You have a lot to learn about how to treat people. In closing my review, one word comes to mind: Karma

I'm reading the review and so far the comments are correct. He is the worst. The staff is also the worst. You have to pay $25 for him to fill out the paperwork, I can understand time for him is money but for him to take a week or more to write comments and sign is ridiculous. Even when you tell him or the staff that you have time constraint. I called the first time they pick up the phone, if you call again it goes into voicemail. I have to switch phones for them to answer.(everytime I switched phone they pick up) Customer service is not practiced here. I would not recommend him even to my worst enemy. Very disappointed. My worst experience ever in a Doctors office. Northridge, CA 7/15/2021

He is horrible. He does not care, he does not listen. The first time I went to him for my back problems he sent me for MRI and told me to go back to him with copy of the MRI and he will do some test and he said my second appointment would be for one hour. Keep in mind that the 2nd appointment was two months later because he was going on vacation which I understand. So I had to put up with the excruciating pain until my second appointment. I went in and my 1 hour appointment turned into 10 minutes. He didn't look at my MRI, he wouldn't listen to what I had to say. He didn't even ask me if my pain got worse or not. And he kept telling me, we are gathering information for now. I kept asking him how do you gather information if you don't know my symptoms and he kept shutting me up. At the end he told me my third appointment would be in another 2 months and that's when I decided it's time to change doctors. I am literally almost in wheelchair from pain and he could see that but...

My experience with Dr Nayyar was horrible. I’d give him no stars if possible, but since I have to give at least one I’ll say that goes to the lovely staff who work in his office. As for Nayyar, he is dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unempathic. One of the worst doctor experiences I’ve ever had, and has made me extremely hesitant to pursue help for chronic migraines after being so rudely treated. If you get referred to him, do yourself a favor and find a different neurologist.

Doesn't care about his patient, my wife has been under this guys care for over a year, she's been through almost every test available. She had a problem and it took her almost two and a half months to tell her because instead of calling her with test info he just waited. We called his office and they said they couldn't tell us on the phone and had to come in. Wouldn't a concerned doctor at least call or review the test outcome instead of wait???????, This guy I wouldn't go see.
