Called today to schedule an appointment, as she is "in network" for Cigna, and the woman at the front desk said I'd have to etablish primary care first ... which I already have through the VA. Didn't even ask me if I was having suicidal thoughts or thinking of hurting others. Told me "you'd have to go elsewhere."

Dr. Forest is thoroughly invested in the well-being of her patients and 100% committed to approaching treatment from a holistic perspective. Very intelligent and scrupulous as well. Incredibly refreshing to find a psychiatrist who genuinely cares about finding a long-term solution for her patients rather than recklessly tossing pills at a problem.
