Dr. Kara Kern, MD

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kern and her staff. They are attentive to making sure every issue I outlined on my visit were addressed, and there were a lot. From providing referrals in a timely manner, to scheduling and nurse return calls, I have not one complaint. I am slowly but surely back on the road to better health thanks to my clinician.

I called to set up an appointment for my husband for back issues. Dr. Kern came highly recommended by a coworker of his. The woman who answered the phone for appointments was rude and curt. When I told her what my husband needed to be seen for, her first response was "we don't give pain medication". Not knowing that there was other options, I said thank you and hung up. I called another doctor and was told,"we don't give pain medication but we offer injections". Yes, thank you!! He wasn't looking for drugs, he's looking for relief. No review on Dr Kern but her staff is lacking.

Terrible. Using the portal is ignored. Calling in is a joke. These people don’t have time for sick people.

She is by far the best Dr I have ever seen !

I really like Dr Kern. She listens and doesn't try to rush. The office staff are wonderful!

Dr. Kern is such a kind woman. She really tried to understand her patients as people and listens to their needs. I feel like she really cares about her patients.
