Dr Matala was a good provider at one time, over the years she began to get too many patients making it hard to ever get appointments, sick or physical. By first few minutes of calling when they open she is already booked. Then will tell you go to emergency room or urgent care. She would tell you she will call you with results …only to never get call , you will have to follow up and call yourself! Not to mention her office staff & nurse are rude!!
