I like the doctor. The practice within the office for coverage of the doctor's responsibilities when he is unavailable (vacation, etc) is for a person to write refill prescriptions. The person that filled in for the doctor adjusted the quantity of my medication without notifying me. I only discovered this months later as my back-up supply dwindles to nothing. I thought I hadn't filled the prescription - found out I filled it - thought I lost it. I only noticed because I'm running out again

Dr Balaji has been my Dr for 20 years. My whole family goes to him and we all like him. He spends spends a lot of time and seems genuinely caring... he even went to my terminally ill aunts home when she was in hospice and in the last days of her life because she wanted his opinion on her outcome even though she was being treated by a specialist at that point
