Recently I had to change my family Dr due to my Dr of 25 yrs having heath issues of his own . I was scared to say the least .Afraid the new one would not know enough about me to meet my needs because I myself have been ill for a few years . I couldn’t get in to see Dr Armour because of the abrupt leaving of my Dr that I couldn’t get an appointment with her for at least 2 months . However they did offer me an appointment with her nurse practitioner which works closely with her Dr Jeremy Hubbard . I was skeptical at first and really afraid he would not be what I needed but I took a chance anyway. I want to say her office and personal are amazing. I will continue to see Dr Hubbard and trust he will get me the help from specialists that I need . He has great empathy for his patients and really listens . Also the ladies at the front desk are super sweet and helpful to your needs . If you call in with a problem they get back with you in a timely manner . I am very satisfied with the staff .

I’ve been following Dr Armour for over 20 yrs but haven’t seen her in over 10 yrs. Its always with a NP. Trying to see or talk to her is like getting through to Ft Knox. I’d been seeing Jeremy but my last visit he was out for back problems. I had to see S. Stanley. After being there for over an hour Stanley comes in basically laying across the bed/table. Told me I couldn’t get my refills because they weren’t showing up in my bloodwork. Not caring I had been out for over a week cause no appt.

I left a negative review and I would like to correct that. Jeremy and Suzette are excellent nurse practitioners. (suzette recently returned to work) Both of them listen and care and do their best to offer excellent treatment. Their support staff (nurses)are wonderful. That being said the office staff especially one young woman that handles phones, and is the main one dealing with the patients is absolutely rude and lazy. Major improvement is needed. At least turn the phones on time.

I took my daughter in because she had been sick for 2 days, the Nurse Practitioner that saw her was not helpful at all. She only looked in one of her ears, gave her a prescription and told her she could return to school the next day. Well the next day my daughter felt even worse, so I had to hand write a parent note excusing her absence. Since this is the provider on my daughters insurance card, when and if she has to go back I will definitely request another nurse practitioner or request Dr. Ar

Dr. Armour is a doctor that cares for her patients. Whatever, is wrong with you she will get to the bottom of it with the specialist she refer you to. She is a very knowledgeable Family Practioner. If you have to wait longer sometime that is because she is unlike most doctors. She listens to her patients and she never make you feel you have to rush to explain your medical concern. She is worth the wait to see her. Her staff is also very helpful and courteous.

Front desk staff is useless. First staff tells me that I do not need to fast for annual physical ummm fasting blood test?? Second they booked the appointment on a different day from what we agreed upon but yet that is my fault so I could not even be seen after taking off work for this appointment. Lastly, cannot even get a call back from the office manager over their pitiful lack of customer service at the front desk. I will never return to this clinic.

Dr. Armour is always booked well in advance, but she is worth the wait. Any of the providers in her office are great and will spend time taking care of you.
