Dr Chapel allowed me to come in on short notice due to an infected bump. She is so kind and caring and provided relief. She and her staff are Covid conscious about everything they do- true professionals that care

Dr. Chapel was wonderful - she listened to all of my concerns, did a thorough examination, and took care of removing two growths right there at the initial appointment. She even called me personally herself to follow up on how I was doing after the procedure later that evening. She is really wonderful. It took about a month and a half to two months to get an appointment as a new patient, but honestly it was worth the wait.

Dr Chapel was friendly and efficient. She had me in for my appointment in a timely manner and took 2 spots off my hand for biopsy the same day. I was in and out of her office within 30-40 minutes. She was insightful and attentive; I will be back.

Dr Chapel is the best. She is on time for appointments, and hears and understands my reason for the appointment. She spends time with her patients, is not dismissive, and has a very warm and caring approach. As Dr Chapel is 35 mins from my residence, for my most recent issue I went to a dermatologist closer to my home. After 30 days of no improvement with the local Drs treatment, my issue was resolved within 1 week using Dr Chapels treatment.

Just returned from Dr. Chapel's office and I am very impressed. She was available right at my appointment and was kind, professional and easy to trust and like. Her office is clean, spacious and very nice. You receive a good feeling from her receptionist, Cathy, her assistant and certainly Dr. Chapel. She explained the cause of my rash and how to heal it. Dr. Chapel is very sharp on modern treatment I've been to several doctors with my conditions she is the only one that diagnosed the first time after my visit with her I found out she was 100% correct and her staff is excellent I just wish I could've found her years ago she is worth a visit to go see she has a private practice used to be family owned very Family oriented

I found Dr Chapel to offer little patient empathy, dismissive of patient input. Also her office only offers topical treatment, no Biologic medications at all. My Vist was a total waste of time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karen Chaple for the past several years. There is an excellent team and support staff at her office. Dr. Chaple is dedicated to patient care and needs. She listens and is up to date on the most current treatment methods. Dr. Chaple is patient and takes the time necessary to help. The staff has been quick to respond when I have had a few serious issues come up. I have a great appreciation for the professional environment and care given by Dr. Chapel and staff.
