Rude
She is a doctor who was standing in for my doctor, Dr. Vanessa Rosa, at the Hidden River VA, she didn't like my language and the fact that I was now happy with my healthcare that rattled me so bad I ended up arguing with her all week until she finally just reported me to the VA. I asked for healthcare, not only didn't get it, when I was upset about it she made everything worse. Don't expect a doctor, expect a petty woman who expects the world to bow down and thank her for being there, she doesn't actually do anything, at least not for me, except get me banned from VA messaging.

Appointment
She didn't listen to my concerns. She kept telling me about what she couldn't do to assist me. She didn't give any assistance to help me. She was dismissive, rude and unprofessional. She told me that she had to go because she had another appointment like I didn't matter or was beneath her. She had no time or concern for me as a patient! The appointment was rushed. She didn't explain any of my conditions. She didn't listen or answer questions. I would give her zero stars if I could but the systems doesn't allow me to give her zero stars. She was a disappointment and didn't care about assisting me as a patient. She agreed with me about the high turn over rate of doctors at the VA and that there's no continuity of care there but did nothing to assist me. She failed to realize that she has a job because of VETERANS and should be assisting us and resolving problems instead of adding additional stress and being the problem! She was not helpful at all! I would not recommend her to anyone!

I have been going to Dr. Clark for over 3 years and she has been amazing. I, unfortunately, have some crazy and chronic issues and she addresses all my needs. She takes her time and LISTENS. And if I need an appointment quickly, they get me in quickly. Thank you, Dr. Clark!
