Seen timely for my appointment. Dr. Dias-Martin is so down to earth. Yearly exams feel so intrusive but her gentle demeanor and great conversation helps me relax during all the poking and prodding. Thorough, understanding, and professional. Highly recommended.

Amazing doctor. She is honest, very caring & knowledgeable. I have never felt more at ease with any other doctor. She guided me through the HRT process due to early menopause and I am thriving.

Dr Dias Martin is as good as you get. She is smart,caring,non alarmist, thorough and has a great bedside manner. I've been a patient for about 6 years and never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments and have no issue scheduling well visits or follow ups when needed

I waited 3 months for a visit, was told this was the soonest I could be seen. I gave all my insurance information when I initially called and was told it was accepted. I showed up at my appointment and was told the visit could cost more than $500; this was for a routine pelvic screening/pap, so I left. I called my insurance company and was told they pay for these procedures. Terrible experience.

This was the most unprofessional and insulting experience I've ever had trying to get an appointment. After making an appointment several weeks in advance, my appointment was abruptly moved by TWENTY DAYS without explanation a week before I was scheduled to come in. When I arrived for the appointment I was told I couldn't be seen because I hadn't provided my most recent pap results (I was coming in to discuss hormone fluctuations which has nothing to do with my pap). Was rescheduled again. Two days before that appointment I'm called. "What's your appointment for?" Seriously? "The Dr. will not see you about hormone fluctuations and your heavy period, and do a pap at the same time. It's one or the other." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I have never been treated with such incompetence and disrespect. I will find another doctor who is willing to treat ALL of me, not pick and choose what she's willing to discuss on any given day. What a complete waste of time.

Patient care isn't that good. I'd hope they'd help cure a problem I had, but they just gave me the same medication after it didn't work the first time without trying another option. They didn't really seem to care about really figuring out the problem, I was told it was the strongest type of medication but then I went to a health center at my college who gave me a different form of medication and it cured up. It just made me question them when a college health center helped me and cared more the

About 6 weeks ago I was given an appointment with doctor Días Martin MD. My appointment was for this morning at 7:30 am I get there at 7:29 am. I knew something was wrong when I am greeted by a receptionist that rolls her eyes at me and tells me that I have to reschedule. With a huff she tells me that I had to be there at 7:15 and in the room at 7:30. I never got to see the doctor although I was the only one in the waiting room. needless to say I'm not rescheduling or referring to her.

Office personnel were attentive and helpful. Dr. Dias-Martin was informative and did a thorough exam. She was knowledgable of her specialty as it applied to my own personal situation.

Dr Dias Martin is arrogant, abusive, unprofessional, and not in control of her irrational anger. Her rant at me started while I was on the exam table naked except a paper gown, continued as she stormed out of the room, left the door open, and grabbed an assistant to be her "witness" while she continued to upbraid me. She is not up to date on the latest research based Pap smear screening, but clearly she only wants to deal with you if you silently accept everything she says and screams at you.

Would not recommend for women who hope to use her to deliver a baby; she doesn't provide this service. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to refer; she is brilliant, personable, patient and kind. She provides information in a confident, knowledgable manner, takes time when necessary, and runs an effective practice. My previous provider, who was decades older and male, had a stellar reputation but was a bit arrogant and condescending; her approach is much more to my liking.
