She killed my husband. While she has many accolades,!she was not experienced enough with heart failure to treat him appropriately. He died after heart surgery performed by this doctor. Excellent bedside manner but not as skilled as she puts forth.?

Robotic Heart & Lung Surgery
I was a little worried when it came to my lung being removed,but Dr.Gersch quickly comforted me ,telling me all about it and what to expect so I went ahead and had the surgery ,outcome was amazing it's been a week since my surgery and I'm already doing my daily activities and a lot more,also cancer free at this time,my breathing is the same as it was before the surgery,that was my main concern besides the cancer and it's very good also I would like to mention Dr Gersch staff how wonderful they were explaining everything to me also,highly recommended Dr Gersch and staff

I am so thankful I have such aCompassionate and caring surgeon on my team. She is so sweet and I absolutely love her! She explained everything in detail and I left her office feeling a great sense of hope and relief. She truly has followed her calling in life and is dedicated to doing all things humanly possible for the best outcome for her patients. Dr. Gersch is truly a gift to the medical profession and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a surgeon.>

Dr Gersch was absolutely wonderful. This was my 1st visit after my GP referral. She and her intern explain everything in layman's terms and provided us with s surgery schedule after reading all of my tests and scans

No Bedside Manner
My dad went to Gersch for a follow up appointment after his lung collapsed. Dr Gersch had no bedside manner what-so-ever. She literally rolled her chair up to my dad, patted him on the leg and told him that he was going to die. His condition was not operatable and there was nothing that could be done.
