Loveliest secretary ever to grace this green earth. The doctor herself was a sadistic goblin with an entitlement to my body that made me physically sick. Your MD PhD or OB are no right of way, the filthy office materializes her lack of knowledge and professional ability.

Dr. Gronau is personable and likable. But most of all she is very knowledgeable. Dr. Karen took time to make sure she and I understood each other.
