I am pretty new patient of Dr Haunss but for the first time, I finally feel I am in good hands. She does not rush you out, explains everything clearly and easy reachable when needed. I feel lucky I found her.

I had my first appointment today and was extremely pleased. Once I arrived to the office my wait was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Haunss-Sapinski was professional; she took her time to explain my condition and the visit did not feel rushed. She carefully reviewed test results and made sure I understood the outcome. I would definitely recommend her and will return should I have any other ENT issues.

I have been going to Dr. Haunss for about a decade. She is a superb clinician and also a wonderful person. She takes the time to diagnose symptoms thoroughly, and is never in a rush to finish an appointment. (for this reason, yes, you may have to wait a few minutes longer, due to her giving each patient the care that they deserve. ) Dr. Haunss is extremely down to earth, and her kind, generous, temperament is, in my humble opinion, quite unique in the field of medicine. I would recommend her skills as an ENT doctor in a heartbeat. And in fact, I have.

Dr Haunss is a great ENT Doctor saw her on 5/01/20 for an ear problem first time.. The receptionist got me an appointment quickly. Dr Haunss was very personable and explained everything to me I felt very comfortable with her and she solved my problem, I would highly recommend her

Dr. Haunss is an excellent ENT. She is great at communicating all aspects of your situation. I have been her patient for about 10 years, and had 2 sinus procedures, the second just last week at St. Francis Hospital. Procedure was clearly explained, and went smoothly, with no problems. I highly recommend Dr. Haunss.

Dr. Haunss has been treating myself and my family for many years including my son since he was 3 years old, he's now 21 and continues to see Dr. Haunss whenever the need arises. She is compassionate, caring and listens to her patients. She is very clear in explaining any issues or questions that may arise. I wish there were more doctors like her!

Dr Haunss-Sapinski is wonderful. She has the best bedside manner and is extremely gentle during the examination. I was very anxious about my appointment and the minute she came into the room, she put me at ease & I knew I was in great hands with her as my doctor. And I can tell she is great with children & if ever needed, I would be very comfortable with her treating my child too. I highly recommend her.
