The worst and she’s ruined the department
The worst kind of doctor. Doesn’t listen to patients and is arrogant and rigid in her opinions. Talked down to me and invalidated my concerns. Not interested in root cause of my symptoms and seems to take personal offensive to patients’ questions. Has also shared erroneous medical information. Other than Dr Shaker in pediatrics, my experience with this whole department, of which Dr Hsu Blatman is the section chief, has been terrible. It has also been dangerous and caused needless suffering, as I continue to have allergic reactions.

Staff was friendly, but Dr Blatman was not. I don’t feel she listened to my concerns or questions, she just put me on more medications and did not seem interested in finding the route cause of my issues. Completely ignored a concerning result in my bloodwork and when I asked her about it, she basically told me there’s nothing that can be done for it. I was not impressed and will not be going back.

Waited 3 months for appointment in the Allergy Clinic. Staff courteous & friendly. Dr. Blatman explained her findings & prescribed medications. The only reason why I was able to schedule a follow up in 2 months is because a patient canceled. She does not return e-mails or phone calls regarding medication issues. Canceled my follow up with her. Will not go back!
