Absolutely horrible. My counseling center recommended her, when I called for for possible appt I was told could take 8 weeks, but not usually that long. After waiting 6 weeks I was told she ‘couldn’t possibly guess how much longer it would take to get an appt.’ this is just to make an appt, I was never given an answer as to once I was able to make an appt how long that wait would be - prob bc she never planned on seeing me. I called again a few weeks ago, zero response. It had now been 12 weeks! Since I made the initial call, still waiting to hear back. I have let my counseling center know, and they have confirmed she is no longer on their list of referred psychiatrists. Stay away. Anyone has to be better than she is.

Nice doctor, but the wait time is totally unexceptionable. I have never waited less than 30 mins.

The amount of wait time at this office is beyond ridiculous. I have yet to arrive to an appointment where Dr. Jordan is at the minimum an hour past my scheduled time. I've encountered a couple of her other patients who have the same issue.
