Is inpatient and rude to my elder family member when speaking to them. Family member dreads visit with this doctor. Feels intimidated by this doctor. Bedside manner has lots to be desired. Lack of compassion for patient with slower mentality. Takes too long to get a return call when leaving a message on business phone.

I moved to this area last Jan. At the time, I had no insurance, while waiting for my disability hearing. I have multiple major health issues, and Dr. Neeley saw me at the clinic. She was so nice and helpful, even saving me a trip to ortho for cortisone knee injections. Shortly after, I got my insurance, and became a regular patient. She came up with treatments, that have greatly helped my COPD, gets me to the right specialists, and I feel better under her care, than I have in a while. The BEST!!
