My son and I have seen Dr Purdy at a previous location. Dr Purdy presented herself as being quite caring, professional as well as intelligent. In my son's visits, she would listen attentively and knew the questions to ask as my son has a complicated history. When she was informed of his 24 hr inpatient stay, had her nurse call the next day to ask for him to come in and see her. Never had that before and certainly made us feel that our health issues were in her good hands. Miss her deeply!

Dr. Purdy is the best doctor I have ever visited. She did not just treat me like a patient. She treated like a friend. She was my doctor since I was 4 years ago. I miss her so much... My Peabody Family Practice family

She is the kindest and most personable physician I have met. She listens well, is not rushed and immediately inspires confidence in her. Being quite approachable all of her patients I have talked with agree she is a wonderful physician and professional person. Ochsner is very fortunate to have her. She is the best.
