I loved the staff they are great. I have a big issue she should have easily caught. A hiatal hernia. Her “person” said i did not have one. I have a serious one all sorts of esophageal problems too. Had i gone with her I could have died mainly from dehydration. I had proof before and after. This woman should not be in practice. One thing to say “im not sure” another to not find. I throw up blood. Im only 41 stay away from this person. Negligence. Worst part i trusted her and got more sick. She had a report before showing i was sick.

I refer Dr. Steffer to everyone I know. Her and her team are on top of their game. They have been so caring, attentive and consistently efficient over these past five or so years I have been going there.

Dr. Steffer always takes the time to listen to my symptoms. She is always willing to try new medications or offer suggestions to help me. I have been a patient for years and trust her explicitly. Her nurse Janice is very compassionate and always returns my calls the same day.

Staff was friendly and efficient, answering questions I had in the days leading up to the procedure. The nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Steffer explained things well, and Dr. Steffer spoke with my wife and me afterwards about the results.

Very feel friendly and knowledgeable. Made an uncomfortable situation, bearable. Look forward to seeing her again in 10 years.

Dr Steffer has provider care for me and a family member for several years. She and the staff are very professional and caring. And efficient as well. Thank you again.
