Best st. Vincent Physician!!
She immediately did a nose swab after I told her I had been to an Urgent Care facility (108th st. michigan rd) 2 days earlier and did not know what was wrong with me. She said you have SARS AND Influenza B.

Took time to listen. thorough.
Was my first visit with a new doctor after my PC of 35 years retired. There was significant history to discuss. She never made me feel rushed and her responses gave me confidence in switching to a new PC. She was also timely in answering questions I sent through the patient portal.

Excellent Patient Doctor Communications
Dr Wendowski invites patients to share their concerns since prior visit And engages patient in open dialog. She is very patient in summarizing what the patient’s primary concerns are and ask is their anything further the patient would like to add. She then responds to all concerns shared giving her medical awareness or engages tests or Further examination with specialists as needed.

Excellent MD
Telehealth
Dr. Wendowski is an excellent internist. She listens well and responds quickly to inquiries on her portal. I feel well cared for. When I tested positive for Covid, I wrote her portal asking about Paxlovid treatment. Within a short period of time she arranged a televisit to speak with me and ask appropriate questions. In less than 2 hours my Paxlovid treatment was filled by my pharmacy which helped me get on the road to recovery quickly. It’s easy to ask for refills on her portal too. I don’t think I would get better care elsewhere.

Great Doctor

Dr. Wendowski is the best, really!
I have seen Dr. Wendowski since 2002! Even after moving 30 min away - I still make the trek for her excellent care. She is very considerate and knowledgeable. She listens and makes me feel understood. She gives honest advice and is "to the point" about her assessment. She recommends appropriate screenings, but doesn't my waste time and money running extensive tests. If you want a doctor who demonstrates competence, expertise and seems genuinely concerned about her patients, I highly recommend Dr. Wendowski!
