Terrible. Drove 130 mi to hv my MRIs done at her office. Was not told she may never see me as my file was placed on a pile of others and told there was no way to know. Office staff rude. She had been recommended to me by a family member whom must hav been satisfied. Never heard a word again from her office. Awful communications.

I have been waiting a month for an appointment with Dr. Maddox in Panama City for migraines. I was referred to her previously from Dr. Shumate and Dr. Derbes (Neurologists who who retired/no longer treating). Now my primary referred me to her. I called AGAIN today to see what was taking so long because the migraines have been bad. I was told, without asking Dr. Maddox because apparently she’s given the mandate, that because I was at one time a patient of a local Neuro clinic that closed because the Dr. was shut down by FBI, she wouldn’t see me. I tried to explain that I’m not being referred by the closed down center; I was being referred by my neurologist and Primary, this is unrelated, and that I’m not on narcotics. I need to see her because first neurologist retired and second is closing. She is supposed to be the best in our area for migraines. I am INFURIATED!!!!! So a doctor that is unrelated to my condition breaks the law, and she, somehow, finds finds a way to punish patients.

I have been a patient of Dr Maddox’s since 2005. She has been treating me for cluster headaches, degenerative disc disease in both my neck and lower back. What I like about Dr Maddox and her staff is they make you feel like you are the sole reason they are there at work. The check-in staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Maddox’s Nurse, Tina is cheerful and very adept at her job. Any call I’ve made has been promptly returned. Dr Maddox is always in listening mode. She hears what you say without judging or preconceptions and determines the best course of action with me and my wife. The care is joint and not unilateral. She is a true caregiver. The office can provide nearly every thing I need from an MRI to nerve conduction studies. I will never have to look anywhere else. Thank you Doctor Maddox and staff.

Gives medication that contradicts other medical problems that a patient has. Refuses to test or treat for past diagnosed diseases or check for any new problems. Is hours late to her appointments, even the first one of the day, the staff will just tell you to reschedule after waiting for 2+ hours. She is arrogant and rude. Had to find a competent neurologist who tested & diagnosed immediately and started treatment when she refused.

Karin is good but her staff is not. They do not keep in contact with the insurance companies to get procedures done. They act like they could care less. I wish I could continue to see her but what is happening up front with those ladies and insurance dealings I'm sure Karin has no clue they run it like they do.

I have received nothing but the best patient care from Dr. Maddox for over 5 years. She has understood everything I have been thru since July 31, 1987. Having been thru severe head trauma, I was the first person to receive a ventricular shunt in my head at U.W. Hospital in Madison, WI @ the end of Aug. 1987.Drs Levin, Rabin, Utegg, etc performed the life-changing surgeries that I received. Dr. Maddox is the best doctor that I could have ever found after moving to Florida in 99.She's the best!

Dr. Maddox has been my neurologist for over 10 years. I have had migraines since I was 10 years old and she has always taken the best care of me. I would never go to anyone else. She has been patient through trying multiple different medications and treatment options. I highly recommend her to anyone!!!!

Saw her twice within ~3 weeks. She didnt remember much of what I told her the first visit. Her office took 4 calls and 1 week to return a phone call about rescheduling an appointment. On my second visit, I waited over an hour and she saw me for exactly 2 min. I'm not exaggerating - someone texted me right before she walked in so I had a time stamp. Asked the secretary if someone else would be better and she whispered - it wouldn't surprise me. As soon as I can find a different doctor I'm gone

Dr. Maddox, in my opinion, is in the WRONG profession. She DID NOT LISTEN to me when I tried to tell her what was going on with MY BODY. Her answer to everything wrong with my back was to 'throw' strong narcotics at me. I wasn't comfortable taking so many pills, so if I was physically able to skip doses of the pain meds, I did. Apparently that made me a non cooperative patient and, therefore, I was released as a patient. She has a nasty attitude & is openly rude. I would NEVER recommend her
