She was on time and knowledgeable but had zero empathy or bedside manner. I was concerned about two things and had labs run. The results in the portal concerned me. After leaving three messages re:an explanation of the labs I got a call from (I think Jasmine) who read a short canned response. When I asked a question she read it again-with an extremely irritated attitude. My appointment was July 8th - the call back was the 22nd. I found a new GP.

Dr. Hackleton is straightforward, personable and easy to talk to. She's enabled and supported any questions or potential tests and treatments I've requested and is always willing to talk through options. She's gotten me in contact with the right specialists and her team is great at responding to inquiries submitted digitally between visits .

This is not my usual doctor at the practice. I had to see her via telahealth for a med check. She was straight forward to the point no fluff. Until we got to the end when she asked about a Covid vaccine. I stated that I wouldn’t be getting one and her response was “Why do you want to die from Covid?”. I explained my religious standpoint and she was nasty and hung up on me. She was demeaning and belittling towards me after I said I wouldn’t be getting the vaccine.

I think she is very through and does not hesitate to send me to a specialist when she thinks it's necessary. I had complained about stomach problems for over 3 years to several other Dr's and they brushed it off as nothing, the first time I went to her and told her about my stomach issues she sent me to a specialist right away and I FINALLY got my stomach problems taken care of thanks to Dr Hackelton

Wonderful. She saved my life. I went in for something and mentioned I had tenderness in my side. She sent me right away for CT scan. Before I could leave she called telling me to head straight to hospital that my appendix had ruptured. I went in for appendectomy and they found cancer. They caught it before it spread further. I still had to do chemo but if she hadn’t sent me for CT I would have went on to work (I have high tolerance for pain) and it could have spread further. She is a wonderful doctor.

Dr Hackelton has always been great to me. She is easy to talk to and very efficient. When I've seen her for a physical she listens to all my problems. When I go for specific complaints she always treats appropriately.

This was the first time I'd seen Dr. Hackelton although I'd seen another doctor in the practice. As the receptionist stated, Dr. H. was very timely. However, she asked virtually no questions about my health, history or concerns, didn't explain why certain tests were performed & gave no suggestions for followup when one of my tests was outside the preferred limits. When I asked a question, she provided a flippant response. I don't need a confidant but this was extreme lack caring. Will not return

She does such a poor job of billing, I wonder about her medical knowledge. Last year I saw her the day after she had been on vacation and she was too busy to pay much attention to me.

I went to my appointment and was 15 minutes late this is the very first time I've been late to an appointment and they would not see me, I've been early in the past and have had to wait 35-45 minutes in the waiting room. When asking for specific test to be done they do not perform the test doesn't listen and seems lackadaisical when I am speaking about family history; I have left this team of doctors, that I went to for 40 years because of Dr. Hackelton.

Dr. Hackelton has always been very attentive when I have seen her. She will follow up with a Specialist, when she feels there's a need. I have always had a good experience & feel very comfortable talking with her. I have recommended her to many family members & friends.
