Dr. Karl Undesser, MD

I first went to Dr Undesser in 2002. He was the best in the valley and took care of my issue. I didn't need to see him again for about 10 years. When I returned for more care, his visits were so brief that he seemed uninterested. My parents have been his patients since the 90's. I make sure they get their medications and take them to their visits. Dr is very brief with them also. At dad's last visit, Dr refused to answer my question on what one of dad's medications was for. Three times I asked and three times he would only say heart patients lived longer taking the medication. He was very condescending. I changed doctors last year and will find a new doctor for my parents.

Terrible. First meeting was rushed and treated like an idiot. After 3 failed cardioversions I was put on two medications. They made me dizzy, short of breath and a list of side effects. After two follow ups I was told "your vitals look good" and "it is part of the game" I am seeing someone else.

I became a patient in May 2021. Very through doctor. His personality is Warm and cares about his patient. You leave Satisfied about your health ??

Yes. Dr. Undesser Is very concerned about his patients. He wants to help you feel better. Listens to all your questions and he is very patient. He’s a great Dr. and I would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr Undesser was my husband's and my EP untill he left Idaho cardiology. So sad to see him go. He is a brilliant, no nonsense Dr. He tells it to you straight. He takes time to listen to his patients and works with them. His bedside manner might be a bit abrupt, but his skills and knowledge are impeccable. You won't find a better EP Cardiologist. My husband is on his fifth ICD, all but the last put in and managed by Dr. Undesser very effectively. Wish we could have had him do the last one. Very unhappy with the quality of care my husband now receives.

I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO SEE DR. UNDESSER =WHOM I HAVE HAD FOR SEVERAL YEARS. HE IS EASY TO TALK TO AND GIVES PRECISE ANSWERS. ALWAYS ASKS RE:MY GENERAL HEALTH AND ANY QUESTIONS I MIGHT HAVE.

It was my pacemaker check at home. It went very well.

I had a great experience with Dr. Undesser and his entire staff, they were very cordial and made me feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Undesser, in his no nonsense way explained my issues and remedies, in a plain and simple way. Thank you for your service. But i hope i see you as minimally as possible, over the next 20 years.:)

This was a check on my defibrillator/pacemaker via telephone-I have been a patient of Dr. Undessor for more than 15 years. I have found him to be very professional and interested in my well being. I would recommend Dr. Undessor to anyone who would need his expertise.

Everything went smoothly except trying to contact the office by phone. The staff were quite friendly and helpful.

It was my yearly follow up . Dr Undesser and his staff listen. That is not my experience with most cardiologist. After a year of struggling with my issue and being told don't worry, I found Dr Undesser and have been with him ever since. He listens and addresses my concerns with knowledge and empathy.

Dr Undesser has been my cardiologist for many years and I highly recommend him. I have A pacemaker and have it checked personally by him every three months and my appointment is always a pleasant experience all staff is professional and on time and it Is always a pleasure to see Dr Undesser.

Fairly quick meeting to discuss my condition. Dr. Undesser was straight to the point, thorough and explained my condition clearer than my previous providers. My wife and I recently moved to area from Arizona and I needed to find a Cardiologist that I could be comfortable with. Dr Undesser was a good fit for my situation. He took the time to understand my condition fully and explained any options that would be available if required in the future. Could not be more pleased.

Dr. Undesser is an excellent, patient care oriented, and to the point Cardiologist. Examination and discussion with him made errors in My wife's previous diagnosis and heart related treatment obvious.

I found the office and was greeted very quickly and professionally by secretary at window. Filled out a short form, was asked to take a seat and that they would be with me shortly. i had brought a book as waiting times can be extreme. I had barely opened my book when the Doctors assistant asked me to follow her. I was quickly weighed and taken to an office. She took my blood pressure and asked if I had any questions or concerns. She said the Doctor would be right with me, closed door. Within 1-2 minutes the Doctor rapped on the door entered and did my consultation. He had obviously reviewed my charts before and asked i I had any questions or concerns. He suggested changing medications. Said everything looked good and stable and would need to see me in a year unless anything changed. Totally professional experience from start to finish. I would recommend them highly!!

Dr. Undersser is the best. He is always willing to listen to and give me his opinion on anything I have to go over with him. He is super patient and gives me the exact attention I need on my visits.

Great staff and Dr. Undesser is a great communicator as well as a skill doctor!
