I was a patient for over 2 years and have been unable to work since 2020. His office has refused to release my records, which by law. I am entitled to them. The office for disability has been trying since before Christmas of 2020 to get my records. They will not return calls from them or from me. This is causing me to be able to not get my disability, which in turn is keeping me from affording bills or have the money to go to a doctor.
