I really loved seeing Dr. Medina. I’ve been looking for her the past 6 months. Dr. Medina if you should read this or anyone that can tell me how to get in touch with Dr. Medina. Because she has medical records that only she can access in the Cano Health system. This information is really needed. For court reasons. Having been diagnosed as type2 diabetic 25 years ago, I struggled with keeping my a1c below 7.0. In January of 2022 Dr Medina placed me on Ozempic to both lose weight and to reduce my a1c, in first 3 months of 2022, I had lost 30 pounds; by the end of the year I had lost a total of 45 lbs and my a1c was at 5.7. This is first time in over 20 years that I’ve had readings that low. Thank Dr Medina, I miss you.
