I hooked myself with a large salt water fishing hook with some huge barbs in it. Dr Gordon yanked it out almost painlessly. I also have seen her treat relatives for various bugs like strep or cold/flu and always have been impressed by her professional ability. The clinic admin staff could take lessons in customer service from her, its weird the staff seems to have a worse bedside manner than the docs! Plus their phone skills, or rather their lack...
