Very empathetic and professional
The ED is always busy, and even with that constant flow of patients that are most likely there on one of their worst days, Dr. Champion and all the medical staff I came into contact with were a pleasure to be around.Dr. Champion listened to my medical needs and history, and after coming up with a game plan, she and every staff member made sure I felt heard, and that I was in good hands. Dr. Champion was empathetic, kind, professional, confident, and most importantly for me, a sense of humor.

Kasey Champion MD misdiagnosed my condition, was "polite" but extremely arrogant & overly confident about her "diagnosis" which turned out to be WRONG. She turned me away from the ER without any testing or treatment based on her incorrect assumption and as a result I suffered for several days before my PCP diagnosed me with a serious infection, which could have been relieved much sooner if Dr. Champion had done her job! Dr. Kasey Champion does NOT listen to her patients!
