My child really liked this doctor and didn't want him to leave at the end of the appointment. Dr Goyal is kind and caring, I'm glad he works in pediatrics for kids like my child.

Cold and uncaring
Spends as little time as possible with you, is virtually impossible to get an appointment with, and doesn’t listen to what you tell him, or if he listens, he doesn’t care and or knows better. Absolutely no empathy, bedside manner is appalling. Just a very cold, uncaring doctor. My last annual physical with him lasted all of 10 minutes.His nurse is great.

My care provider listened to me and did not make me feel like I was just another number getting shuffled through. This is a rarity these days in my experience doctors are not treating patients they are looking at how many sheep they can shuttle through to the bean counters. I really appreciated the attention the doctor gave to my appointment.
