I was finally able to have the bariatric sleeve surgery last week! So far it is going great! Dr. Irani took time to explain everything in detail and answer every question several times before, the day of and after the surgery. I was completely confident in Dr. Irani's abilities and felt totally secure going into surgery. Not only is Dr. Irani great, she has an excellent staff behind her! I have been working with all of them for over a year now. Sometimes the program and all of the hoops you have to go through before surgery gets frustrating, but these steps are so important. This is a life changing surgery and there are so many areas of your life that need to be addressed before you can be successful. So far this has been an amazing experience! I would only recommend bariatric surgery to someone who is completely dedicated to a whole lifestyle change and then I would only recommend Dr. Irani and her team!

Alas, I have known a great many doctors but i have never known a doctor HALF as caring, committed and competent as Dr. Irani. Not even close. I had a large and unpleasant surgery with her (nissen fundoplication) that has taken a lot out of me but you know what my only complaint is? I can't make her stop caring, following up, and checking on me. She checks in more than my mom! I've never been so impressed with a doctor's competence and follow through. Trust me on this - You're in excellent hands.

I had the gastric sleeve done please don't do it.

Dr. Irani is awesome! I was told by another surgeon that I would not be successful. Dr Irani did not do this. I lost 25 lbs before surgery. Surgery was on june 21 2016 and since then I have lost another 85 lbs. She is a one of a kind Doctor who really cares about her patients. She inspires you to succeed. And if you don't it's because you didn't follow her instructions.

I met Dr Irani in February 2015 and was given a detailed description of what would be required of me as well as what she would do for me, after doing 6 months of supervised nutrition classes I had lost 45 lbs and I met with her again in August, expectations and goals were set as well as my surgery date which was September 12th. The surgery was flawless, no complications and I was released the minimum time, 3 days later. I have since lost another 60 lbs (12/06/16) and am continuing to lose.

Very attentive and very informative. goes out of her way for each and every patients. I know from my own experience she went way out of her way for me. She explains everything thoroughly makes you feel comfortable and knowledgable.

My Daughter is recovering in a nursing home for the last 6 months because of the surgery. Please think hard before you do it Dr doesn't care after you leave the surgical suit.this is a father's opinion.

Dr. Irani is the best choice for bariatric surgery! The first thing you notice is her incredible caring attitude. She explains everything in an easy to understand manner. She answers all of your questions and makes sure you are comfortable with the process. You leave your appointments feeling so much better because she is so honest. Her care before/during/after my surgery was beyond my expectations. I send my referrals to her knowing she changes our lives. 100 lbs gone in under 8 months!

She is a great Dr. Im very happy and pleased. She explained absolutely everything clearly and helped me with any questions i had.
