Dr. Baicy was rude, dismissive, and actually kind of mean in tone, in the sense that her aggressive attitude felt demeaning. I asked to labor sitting up, using gravity, and I felt treated like a child. She said, "Gravity has nothing to do with it, it's on you to push." I think she just wanted to keep me on my back. I would not recommend at all.

Terrible bedside manner. Had one virtual and one in-person appt with her. She does not communicate clearly, and being a first time mom, I was really shocked how cagey she was with some information about the pregnancy and delivery process. Additionally, she insisted I needed to have my second appt with her in-person for some testing. When at the actual appt, she walked in 30 minutes late and didn't apologize or acknowlege the tardiness (we were a 9am appt, no excuses), and then told me the testing wasn't actually needed, so the extra trip of coming to her office to just wait around wasn't necessary and VERY frustrating. Would not recommend this doc.

Dr. Baicy delivered my Daughter summer of 2015. The problem wasn't with the delivery. It went well or so I thought. The issue was after delivery. I was given a blood transfusion because my blood test showed I was anemic after birth. I complained of bleeding and not feeling well before I was discharged. She did an ultrasound and told me"if you pass something the size of of an orange call us". One month later I hemorrhaged due to a retained placenta. Which from her comment seems like she saw.

Office has paper signs in the hallway leading to the door. No chair in waiting room. Not the top-of-class doctor they advertise her/the department to be. She and her staff were not friendly. Don't recommend going here.

Dr. Baicy just delivered our first baby. It was a complicated labor, starting with induction, and Dr Baicy let me labor over the course of many hours without ever pushing a c section. As long as baby was fine and I was tolerating it well, which we were. I was able to delivery vaginally and though there were complications at the end, Dr Baicy stayed calm and cool and made me feel so reassured. I can't say enough about how amazing this doctor is.

She was a terrible listener and not a great communicator in general. Never introduced herself to us. Was very dismissive of our concerns after numerous pregnancy losses- just said- everyone gets nervous in the beginning. We're probably going to keep using the practice because its a bit late in our pregnancy to change but hoping she's not on when we deliver. Also, im a breast health educator and her breast exam took less than 15 seconds for both of my larger than DD breast- not thorough at all!
