The office was not correct on the billing/cost of service that I was charged and paid. I am so tired of dealing with Ochsner and will do my best not see their doctors because their cost of services is NEVER clear. I've received 2 additional bills after asking for the full cost of the service. I paid an initial fee at the time of service and was then billed an additional amount. After a lengthy discussion with the billing department, I paid the additional charge that showed up on my account a week after services were rendered. When another charge showed up a month later, I called and was told they would look into it. A month after that, it showed up on my account as past due. When I called and again asked for an explanation, I was told that that is the clinic's fee and that what I had paid was the doctor's fee. So, evidently, there is a separate clinic fee in addition to the doctor's charge. I was never told about this clinic fee and feel like Ochsner's left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. As a cash pay patient, I always want to be clear as to what I am being charged and Ochsner cannot/will not be up front about their charges.

Dr. Woolridge was very professional and examined me from top to bottom thoroughly which I have never experienced before! She made me feel very confident I was cancer free!

Dr. Woolridge treated me with respect and kindness. She calmed me as I had thought the worst…I highly recommend her to any dermatology patients.

She is very kind, professional and thorough. I would recommend her to anyone!!

Scheduled online appointment and waited online for over 20 minutes with no-show. When I contacted her office they said she would likely be another 20 minutes or more. This is after I already filled out all pre forms and sent pictures. They don't even have the curtesy to let you know there is a delay while you are waiting online.
