Dr. Banull bedside manner leaves much to be desired and her lack of willingness to help is enough for me to give her only one star. She is void of empathy and understanding the needs of patients that have been with the practice for over 20 years. I’m very disappointed in the treatment, or should I say lack there of, I received from Dr. Banull.

I'm on Medicare plus Aetna. Been Dr. Banull's patient for about three years. I feel she and her staff are very concerned about my health for now and the future. She is very thorough. I would recommend her highly.

Unresponsive, lack of follow up, comes in for a few minutes and doesn't show compassion or interest in questions/issues. Poor bedside manner. Does not listen to patient concerns and help solve issue. Unwilling to help keep patients be healthy and happy.
