Dr. Katherine Bellmore, MD

I’ve been with Dr bellmore since 2018. She’s very compassionate and attentive to all my needs. Her and the staff are easy to get in contact with for any of my concerns. If a new issue arises she talks me through the best way to approach the issue. She’s very open and will explain different treatment options to try if you want to go a different route. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Bellmore.

She is always very attentive and explains her thought process with everything.

Dr. Bellmore is patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. She is a godsend to my mom. It is very hard to find doctors who really care these days.

I found this doctor to be very distant and lacking in compassion. I had to ask her to examine my inner ear because I was suffering from extreme pain and she had ignored this. She was abrupt and lacked in proper bedside manner. I am disabled with numerous medical issues and she was not prepared to address them. Upon asking for a transfer to another physician I was refused regardless my going through the proper channels and paper work. This facility has left me without a physicians care at this point regardless of the numerous doctors accepting new patients. I feel my request to transfer doctors has caused me to be discriminated against and find this very disturbing.

Dr. Bellmore not only treats, but most importantly listens, in order to develop a plan of care "together". She has a calm, compassionate and understanding demeanor which helps you to feel at ease and non-judged. She is brilliant, but not prideful and makes it easy to develop a trusting relationship. Moving to Knoxville two years ago made it quite intimidating to find a new PCP. So glad I made that appointment with Dr. Bellmore.

Dr. Bellmore always takes her time and explains everything. She is very thorough with her examinations and makes you feel like you matter. I also take my mother there and she always makes sure I understand my mothers condition and what is going on with her.
