She does not listen to her patients, denies referrals, and is not up-to-date on everything. Skin cancer runs in families, my family knew what it was. KK refused to refer to Derm and said come back in 3 months. She denied it was anything again, 9 months to a year later I finally got to see a Dermatologist who biopsied it and it was squamous cell carcinoma as my family said. Had to have immediate surgery.Luckily (I hope) they got the whole root. No cardiology referral despite having a heart and BP condition. I asked what the lump on my knee was, felt like a cyst.She said it was just fat from getting older! (symptom of OA).I suddenly developed osteoarthritis and osteopenia in my left hand, hip, knee. She ordered an x-ray for the wrong limb! She does not do preventative medicine. Never ordered calcium. She is anti-referral and not up on guidelines! She failed to give referral for glaucoma appointment and claimed she did, until I went for appointment.Don't trust her with your life!
