Terrible experience
My appointment with Dr. Khalifeh was canceled when I arrived 5 minutes late. The nurse told me it is the doctor who requested to cancel my appointment at that time because she needs to leave. This makes me wondering what if I arrived on time, then I will have 5 minutes of her time?

Compassionate
I saw Dr Khalifeh for hemorrhoids which were troublesome and causing significant anxiety. She carried out the consultation in an extremely professional and sensitive manner. She took the time to explain the problem and provide reassurance. I would certainly go back to her in the future if I need to

Dr. Khalifeh should be cloned. This is a dedicated Doctor that provides Therapeutic Communication and simple Patient Teaching. You are not treated like "A Number but as a person seeking medical help". Something I have not seen in many doctors. Dr. Khalifeh is highly recommended.

She and her staff reassured me, normalized conversation about difficult topics, took time to answer all my questions, and provided me with clear-cut next steps for my care.
