Dr Masterpol can heal acne but her laser practice is BS. I was encouraged to do fraxyl 4 scars. I never questioned the effectiveness or quality of the machine (stopped periodically), until my 2nd round of treat 2 years later when it happened ag.I called a day after because I noticed a stark difference in swelling from R & L side. Dr Kandula explain to me that they treated that side more agress. Interesting, that NEVER happened during first 3. I realized & complained but was told my pigment wasnt read. When I returned I had 2 pay before treat. Not just that but my face was 3x swollen and even peeled this time. Not 1x did the laser stop. I asked for a follow up and Dr Kandula left the practice. I was taken advantage of. I trusted & they knew it. My 2 recommendations did too. I was naive but Dr Masterpol does NOT service her machines. Know this before giving your money to a shady practice.

Dr Masterpole is the very best. Not only superior skin care but once inside the examination room she offers full attention without interruption, no cell phone and no leaving the room to attend to multiple patients. You will be happy with the care given by Dr. Katherine Masterpole.

She is amazing! She is kind, smart and just the best! The office is so clean and safe and especially during this pandemic they go above and beyond making you feel safe while there.

I brought my daughter to Dr.Masterpol for a second opinion after my pediatrician had told me that an area of inflammation on the back of her knee would clear itself up (it had been there for over a year). It was causing my daughter discomfort so continuing to wait did not seem like the best idea. Dr.Masterpol looked at it and immediately diagnosed what it was and prescribed medicine that got rid of it within a few weeks.

I saw Dr. Masterpol with my 14 year old daughter for her acne. Her bedside manner and her approach was fantastic. My daughter loves her and her skin is looking so much better. Tough to treat an athlete for acne with all their sweating and dirty equipment. Would highly recommend her for anything but especially teenage acne and eczema!
