Thorough, to the point. My kind of doctor.
Dr Roberts is awesome. Since moving, office spaces still a bit antiquated but quality care makes up for that!

I went to have a fine needle aspiration on a thyroid nodule. Dr. Roberts was very knowledgeable, straight forward and eased my anxiety before the procedure. Her staff was very kind. No long wait time.

After my husband battled with thyroid issues for 15 plus years we were recommended to Dr Roberts. 5 minutes in to the appointment she knew exactly what was wrong with my husband. That was 3 years ago and he is doing amazingly well. My son also is a patient of hers for his diabetes and has been the only Dr to get him to understand how important it is to stay on top of it. Now she is taking care of my husbands diabetes as well. We highly recommend her. We have never felt rushed in any appointment with her. She genuinely cares about her patients and their well being. Every appointment she asks how our son is as well. We love her.

Dr Roberts is one of, if not, the best physician that I have had the pleasure to be a patient of over the past 10 years. I have complex endocrine issues and Dr Roberts has spent an extraordinary amount of time and effort in helping me where others dismissed as get use to it. I have been treated by many Endocrinologist over the past 40 years, however none equal Dr. Roberts knowledge and concern for her patients well being. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts, she is the best of the best.

Stay away unless you like to be frustrated!! The staff is rude and difficult to work with. They will cancel you appointment without reaching you. No remorse when they made a very obvious mistake. If you are reading the reviews and not sure if you should believe the good or the bad, please know the bad ones are accurate!!

Diagnosed with Hashimotos since I was 18, never went to an Endocrinologist. I had heard horror stories involving physicians in this specialty! After hearing positive feedback from a few acquaintances, I decided to try Dr. Roberts. I am so glad that I did! She was extremely thorough, didn't rush through the visit and had the best bedside manner. She was concerned, caring, and listened to any concern I had. Her blunt attitude may steer some away but I appreciated every bit of it!

She wasted a lot of our time and money and worry due to quick and incorrect diagnosis. Thinking you have cancer for 6 months and having to have surgery but to find out thru a second opinion 6 months later that you don't have cancer and you don't need surgery. I recommend if you still decide to go to this doctor..MAKE SURE YOU GET A SECOND OPINION

Dr. Roberts is the only doctor I have ever had that I look forward to seeing. She has the best bedside manner possible! She is always up beat, happy, and ready to listen. She will help me and answer every question I have. I saw 7 doctors prior to her and none were able to give me any idea what was wrong with me and she was able to help me/diagnose me on the first visit. I now travel 3 hours to see her because no one compares and I have seen many!!! Best doctor ever!!!!!!!!!!

I've seen her a few times and found her to be condescending and judgmental. She has no problem calling her patients "silly" and quickly invalidating their concerns. She does not wotk with area diagnostic centers and seems offended at the thought of sending lab orders somewhere for the patient. She is operating under an antiquated doctor-knows-best notion, and has little patience for collaborating with her patients beyond the initial appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts for over ten years. I have never had a doctor that showed so much care and compassion. This is a doctor that really cares and gives you her undivided attention. When we moved from the area three years ago, I tried three Endocrinologist in the Raleigh area and their patient care did not compare with Dr. Roberts. We travel the three hours to see her and will continue to do so. She has my highest regard and respect. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Roberts is a little unusual with her sneakers and colorful socks. Some might feel she is too "casual" for a doctor but she was just right for me! She is admittedly more abrupt - she "tells it like she sees it" - but you never have to wonder what she is thinking. She gives you the straight scoop and considers your FULL medical history (lots of forms to fill out for 1st visit, asking for more history than any other doctor I've seen), and she actually LISTENS to you - what a concept!

After reading some very harsh reviews about Dr Roberts I was afraid to go to her but a good , reliable friend recommended her. I just came from my first visit. I found her to be VERY VERY nice, friendly & oh so helpful. There was no sugar coating what she had to tell me & which I apprec .She wears sneakers with weird socks. I love that. She was so down to earth I was glad to have met her even if I don't have to go back again. She's tops in my book!
