Dr. Katherine Scrivner, DO

I scheduled an appointment months in advance and it was canceled due to Dr. Scrivner being out of office, and the next available date wasn't for 2 more months. I began having severe hypoglycemic episodes so I called for labs and she got me an appointment same day. My car broke down on the way to the appointment so I had a family member pick me up on the side of the road and bring me to the appointment as fast as possible. I called multiple times and left a voicemail but received no response from the office. I was 15 minutes late so Dr. Scrivner refused to see me and said I could reschedule in over a month.

Pill pusher and referral service. Don't expect professional treatment. Won't return calls, fail to inform patient of office protocols and pass the buck to other doctors

I don't know if this is the receptionists or Doctor but my Mother has a serious attack of cellulitis that after 3 months will not clear up. The hospital; the nursing home and her assisted living have called and left message after message and she only returned one call. My mother is in need of xrays with Doctor Scrivner's ok but after 4 days we still have not heard back. Five of us called: I as Mom's medical and durable power of attorney and the staff at Garden Villa North and not a single one of us got a return phone call. Dr. Scrivner as not once seen my mother or made an attempt to since this started. Dr Scrivner's mother would have been out there right away but not her. This one has to almost be threatened to get her to call you back.

She is very good. I really like her. She listens to you and don't rush you She is very thorough. I have never gave a review for a doctor before but I really think she is sincere and wants to help you. Great doctor.

She's great. Tries to help as much as she can. Listens well and will work to help you get healthier or stay healthy.
