Dr. Kathleen Abbott, MD

Dr. Abbott was thorough in her examination of the ‘why’ of my pain, ordered other procedures, and has called me personally twice to explain results and answer my questions. This is what medical SHOULD be.

She has been treating me for arthritis issues and flare ups due to the auto accident. She is my wizard as I call her. She has done an outstanding job of helping me deal with the pain associated with all of this. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would need the same type of treatmentLorraine Bedus

Dr. Abbott is professional and very thorough. She is very attentive to the patient's concerns. She and her staff are very caring and gentle when performing procedures. I dont like needles and can honestly say I had a very pleasant experience my first visit.

Dr. Abbott was down to earth, listened to my concerns and set a plan of care with me. She would ask how I felt about the options to treat my back pain. Dr. Abbott respected the fact that I was hesitant for any invasive procedures and Dr. Abbott took the time to discuss and explain MRI images with me. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Abbott. Most importantly very pleased with the treatment plan.

That the doctor was clueless. She didn’t do her homework before she saw me. There were no other patients. She ignored all my medical records from Fla. I was trying to switch my medical up here. She basically told me I had the condition I already knew instead of prescribing the medicine I was getting in Fla. She told me I should stand up straight, I was so disgusted when I wasted my time

I’m able to talk with the doctor about my pain and she listens! I’m very grateful to find a doctor who knows what she’s doing and does what she can to elevate my pain!

This was my initial visit with Dr Abbott. Everyone was very pleasant and the office was immaculate. My first impression of Dr Abbott was that she was genuinely concerned and knowledgeable. In the last two years I have received numerous tests and I have been seen by many different health professionals, unfortunately no one is able to determine the reason for my health issues. I have faith that Dr Abbott will find a reason for my health problems. I feel fortunate that she took me on as a patient.

Dr Abbott is thorough and spends the time needed with me. She is responsive to my requests and communicates options and explains them.

I met Dr Kathleen Abbott for my first consultation with her for the first time yesterday. My Rheumatologist recommended me to see her due to my neuropathy in both my lower legs and feet and also extreme lower back pain. Dr. Abbott came into the room to meet with me and the minute she introduced herself and sat down and started talking with me I new that this doctor was excellent. She made me fee! relaxed and to feel better about myself with the neuropathy issues that I'm going through. She gave me a thorough exam, wanted to know if I had any questions to ask her and answered every question that I had. I am very lucky that my Rheumatologist recommended me to see Dr. Abbott. I have a follow-up appointment to see her again. I feel fortunate that Dr Abbott is one of my doctor's now and hopefully she will be able to help me with my issues. I highly recommend Dr. Kathleen Abbott.

I have some Hand/nerve issue and Dr Abbott did the corresponding test. She clearly described her actions and the test and made me feel that she knew what to do and how to give me (and my referring doctor) the answers we need to decide on what further treatment might be needed. I was very comfortable with her.

There's nothing worse than a doctor who asks you questions about your symptoms and health, and then proceeds to talk over you. More than once. Enough said.

I went to see her for extreme shoulder pain and then I realized I had seen her before for a nerve test on my wrist before carpal tunnel surgery. She's very thorough and answers anything that you ask. The office staff is great too.
