Incredibly rude and dismissive physician. The worst patient care I have experienced. Dr Bartunek physically hurt me. She did not tell me that she wanted to examine my nose, or ask that I remove my mask. Instead she yanked the mask away from my face without warning, causing the mask to pull hard on my ears. She let the mask snap back onto my face when she was finished. Stay far away from this doctor.

Dr Bartunek was great. She quickly assessed my infection issue and prescribed meds in addition to suggesting follow up treatments. She was kind, prompt, and professional.

Excellent. Within 15 min she had urinalysis results, performed exam, and dialed in on my issue. She prescribed an antibiotic and treated the problem. Straight forward and knowledgeable. I didn't expect to be impressed with the same-day appointment, but it turned out to be a good experience....

Took 87 yo mother to same day center and Dr. Bartunek was rude. Came in, announced who she was, and ripped off mom's leg bandage with little gentleness. Proceeded to say in a mean, condescending way, that I should have taken her to the ER for stitches and there was nothing she could do for her. I chose not to visit ER due to flu season risks, bleeding had stopped, and wound didn't appear to need stitches imo. Turns out, I was right...no stitches needed. Love our primary doctor at COPC though!
