All around great!
Reviews made me proceed with caution (I do keep in mind it seems easier to vent about the negatives than praise the positives). I’m glad I did. Dr. Billings was great! Kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed at all during the visit. She took into account the data available and our personal situation and timeline. She also encouraged me to follow up with any questions I may have. I would recommend her to any family or friend.

Our pediatrician sent her own children to Dr. Billings. She took the time to explain the plan in detail and answered all of our questions. We found her and her office to be very professional and caring throughout the process.

Dr. Billings has worked on all three of our kids, including removal of tonsils and adenoids (as necessary). She is skilled, very clear in her explanations, and measured. She does not push surgery unless necessary and provides options and likely outcomes to help make the best decision for your child. We recommend her 100%.

Came in because our child was struggling to gain wait and could not create a good suction while breastfeeding. Her latch was strange and she was constipated, restless, and didn't seem to be transferring milk well. Dr. Billings barely looked in her mouth and told us our daughter "may" have a lip or tongue tie. Dr. Billings failed to diagnose our daughter's soft cleft palate. As a direct result of this negligence, my daughter's life has been altered.

Horrible experience! She checked our daughter's ear and that was it. We got bills totaling $800 and we are still getting them. We asked for a detailed billing statement and still nothing except bills.

The best doctor, very knowledgeable and after years of suffering, going to other doctors, taking a lot of antibiotics for sinus infections... my friend recommended dr Billings and she diagnosed my daughter with adenoids. After the outpatient surgery my daughter's sinus infections stopped !!! I would highly recommend this doctor !!!

Dr. Billings removed my 2 year olds adenoids and then 2 years later removed his tonsils. She was great! Super knowledgeable and very informative. We just interacted with a different ENT on an emergency case for our younger child, but we will be following up with Dr. Billings. Sometimes specialists can be very gruff and haughty but Dr. Billings is completely down to earth. We won't go anywhere else.

Dr. Billings was my son's ENT for tonsil and adenoid removal. We could not be happier with the results. My then 2.5 year old had very large tonsils which prevented him from eating properly, breathing and sleeping. He snored and almost always breathed with his mouth open. After the procedure he started eating more and sleeping was no longer a problem. My son slept thru the night for the first time at age 3. Very easy to schedule appointments. Dr. Billings was wonderful to work with.
